In a word, our experience was “wonderful!” Deborah was professional, attentive, and accessible. Her knowledge of the market was an enormous benefit to us. Her suggestions regarding timing, upgrading the property, and pricing proved invaluable. Presently, we are shopping for a new property with Deborah. In short, she’s our realtor and Michael Saunders & Company is our firm for the Southwest Florida area! If I could think of one suggestion we would make for a better experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell you. However, our experience was, frankly, perfect! Tori is an excellent agent. We were in the market to down size. Put our home on the market and found a new home before selling our existing home. With all the details Tori handled it all. Hi Tori, It’s very good to hear from you. We were very fortunate to have you as a real estate officer when we need it. You sold my house in Franklin Tenn. in six days and made it as smooth as it could have been. Then you sold our Townhouse in Spring Hill ,TN. You were very professional in your plan to sell both our homes. It went very smooth and you sold It in 17 days when there were several others townhouses in our neighborhood comparable that had been on the market for several weeks before ours went on the market. Tori is the best realtor you could ever have. We needed to sell a home I was left as part of an estate. Tori came to the house and explained to us all she would do, and could do, to sell the home. She brought us information on the area, other homes, the best way to go about selling, etc. She even discovered that someone was trying to scam us by offering our house for rent! She then got that stopped or we would have never known. She was so thorough and we got the house sold much faster, and at a better price, than I would have ever imagined. I give the credit for this to Tori alone. Even after we were finished with the sale, Tori knew the house meant a lot to me as it belonged to a dear Aunt of mine. She gave me a beautiful drawing of the home, that she had made on her own, just to be thoughtful and considerate, knowing how much it meant to me. I could not rate a realtor higher than Tori. Don't look any further, just give her a call and she will give you the best service you could ever hope to have from a realtor. She has our highest recommendation for anyone trying to sell, or buy, a home.
